Great experience for my first time visiting. Scheduled service and was regularly kept informed of any new issues with my vehicle. Oil change, tire rotation & alignment, and new battery in 1.5 hrs.

Actually went to their expo side one day to look at vehicles ended up leaving with a truck. Now I decided I will only get my Camry maintained at this dealership. Awesome service

I needed a key fob for my 2014 Toyota Prius. I was told the fob was in stock. The cost for the fob was a little over $200 but they could not tell me how much it would cost to program it. I sent my 16 year old daughter to pick up the fob. Total charge was over $500 which included a charge for the valet key (price was not quoted when I called for the fob). On my third attempt to fix a low pressure tie warning and have the tire patched the third time they just replace the tire. Glad thatās over with.

We purchased our highlander four yrs ago, we have experience great service, and a caring and friendly atmosphere that is not a put on to get our business. You can go a lot of placing, but if you make Erdman your first choice you will save time and gas.

Love Mike Erdman Toyota! I have been utilizing their services for 7 years. They have been prompt in taking care of my 2013 Sienna's needs and courteous in assuring me I can trust them. They send me videos of what they are working on and/or what needs attention. In addition, I feel more comfortable utilizing authentic Toyota parts. Kudos to Jimmy Francisco and service staff for their diligence.

The dealership took advantage of a senior neighbor of mine. I went to the dealership with her to get an explanation of the charges and ask questions. She unfairly that lost $1,000 when returning a used car she bought a week earlier due to needed repairs. She then bought another car to replace the car she just returned and paid another dealership fee on this car. The dealership has professionals and they need to take more time explaining the price, charges, and financing to our senior citizens. Folks are nice enough, but be aware of a few things - 1) They'll add a key replacement charge of $450 without asking. When we pushed back, they said they could remove it, but treated it as though they were doing us a favor. When we tried to negotiate the price, it was the only thing they were "willing to remove" when it shouldn't have been added in the first place. 2) They have the highest dealer prep fee I've seen at $1499, which is a non-negotiable fee to prepare the vehicle. Purchase a used F150 truck from Toyota Erdman 4 months ago and it stopped running. I had it towed to to the dealership hopefully they would help with the cost of the repair. However, the service department apparently try to make as much money as possible. They quote one number one day and 24hrs later nearly doubled it. This is was my first time using Mike Erdman Service for regular 5,000 mile service. All was excellent. My service advisor, Ingrid Rivera, was outstanding - - courteous, informative, efficient. I had scheduled a service appointment - the car was taken immediately, serviced, Ms. Rivera reviewed the work performed and results and findings. The entire visit took less than an hour.

This is the 2nd time I've been taken care of by Macey Hall. She does a great job of sharing information with no pressure tactics. She gets me in and out of service in a timely fashion. Allan (rest his soul) was a top notch service advisor. He was 100% customer centered. Sadly he passed away. Now I need to decide if I am using another place for my service. Had 2 other advisors when he was out on medical leave, I wasn't thrilled with either.. maybe you will have better luck.

Macy is always very helpful and is informative about what needs to be done, but not pushy about extra stuff.
