Employee Spotlight – Gary Hope

This month we celebrate Gary Hope. Gary has been a sales consultant with Mike Erdman

Toyota for twenty-four (24) years. Gary remembers his first day at Toyota like it was yesterday, even recalling his interview attire. He says that he was “nervous as can be and hoped he would score the position”. Fast forward twenty-four (24) years, Gary has sold a whopping 1,158 vehicles! Gary takes pride in his work, but most importantly he cares about his customers.

Gary says he has retained so much information that he calls himself the car expert!

His approach to customer service?

– If there is a will, there is a way
– Take as much time as the customer needs
