This is a great place to take your car. The dealership has a true high-end look and feel, and the customer service reflects that. One thing I really appreciated was that they offered me a courtesy vehicle while my SUV was being serviced. I'm giving four stars instead of five because it took a while to get my SUV in for service, and the brake job took longer than expected. However, they explained that they wanted to make sure they had the correct brake pad hardware and did the job the right way rather than rushing it. I appreciated their attention to quality and keeping me on the road with a courtesy car. Overall, I'm very happy with the experience and won't be taking my vehicle anywhere else

GARY GARAY is the BEST! Although we were "just looking" for a car for only my husband, Gary's kindness and professionalism led us to end up purchasing two vehicles at the same time-#5 and #6 in 13 years! The entire staff at Mike Erdman Toyota work together as a team, all for the benefit to the customer. There was some confusion regarding a feature on my vehicle, and one of the managers, DANILO, resolved it to my complete satisfaction. Wow! I had an outstanding experience purchasing our 26 Corolla LE. David, our salesman was patient, kind and generous, (we payed less then sticker price, out the door, AT A DEALERSHIP, including a few perks.) When you research the price of a new,(6 miles on the odometer new), and pay a few THOUSAND LESS then the researched price, without strong arm pressure to buy the add ons, thats storybook stuff. The Finance gentleman was upfront with our questions, honest, very respectful and responsive to our decisions. Truly the best car buying experience in my lifetime. At previous, non Toyota, Dealerships I was talked down to, intimidated, and pressured. Thank you Mike Erdman Toyota for a breath of fresh air in this crazy greedy world. Did you know they offer free car washes and access to an on-site gym. I mean WOW!

I would like to take a moment to write a review for Danielle. Working with Danielle was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I reached out online, and she replied very fast with clear details and a fair price. We did most of the work online, which saved me so much time at the dealership. When I came in to pick up my car, Danielle was friendly, organized, and walked me through all the features. Best car purchase ever!

Great experience overall at Mike Erdman Toyota. The team was friendly and quick. Excellent experience with the sales person (Argenis Gonzalez). He looked for the exact vehicle I wanted and kept me updated with the delivery (every step of the way). I went to the dealership and the car was ready ; paperwork was ready; in and out without any hassle. Thanks for the good service/experience (this is rare now days).

On Friday, July 17, my low tire light came on, in my 2019 Toyota Camry. I went to Mike Erdman, and Khalil Lopez greeted me. I did not have any appointment. I explained about my low tire light, and he said he would check it out. I had one tire that was low, and he filled it up as well as checking the other tires. He is one caring and professional person. I was not a bother. On Saturday morning, July 18, I got in the car and my low tire light came on again. I traveled to Mike Erdman, and again, Khalil Lopez was on duty. I was greeted by another service rep, and he also remembered me from the previous day. Khalil met me at the service desk, and I explained about the low tire light. He checked in the car, and I waited in the waiting room for Khalil to bring the forms needing signature. I signed the forms. It turned out that I had a slow leak due to a nail in the tire. It was fixed, and Khalil said that I made a good call to bring the car in for service. All is good. I have confidence in the service team, and the time was well spent. Thank you so much. I have had nothing but great experiences working with the employees at Mike Erdman. What a great crew!

We purchased a RAV4 from Mike Erdman’s Toyota, Aj is so engaging and informative, he really went all out for us making sure we understood all the aspects of the car!!!

Great service, Macey Hall was great in taking care of my car's needs and keeping me informed of the progress. She also recommended a brake flush, at a very reasonable price, which was important for the maintenance of the car and safety. Always a pleasure.
