I came to the dealership. I knew exactly what I wanted. Jose was my sales person and he was very patient with my husband and I showing us different models. Explaining the differences we’ve even test drove a few cars to experience those differences. He showed me how to use the navigation within the system, Jose has gone over and beyond and is a highly recommended resource if you’re looking for a vehicle at Mike Erdman‘s in Cocoa!

(5/23/2026) This was my first time at Mike Erdman Toyota Service Department. I have a 2023 Tacoma, and perform most maintenance myself, however, a transmission service is one that I’m hesitant to tackle. Here is a breakdown of why Mike Erdman Toyota Service Dept has convinced me to pay for more maintenance in the future. Location- Right off 95, a clean and professional service center, with prompt drive up service lanes. Service Advisors- Mauricio was my service advisor, but other advisors were attentive and willing to help. Mauricio listened to me when I specified that I didn’ not want a full transmission flush (utilizing the lines) and instead wanted a “drain and fill”. He had many available times to perform the work and gave me an accurate time estimate. He also was able to pull my warranty and recall information. He also took me back to the techs bay when an aftermarket cat guard skid plate gave the tech some issues, which helped us all make an informed decision to move forward. His communication skills will carry him far. 10/10 I will ask to be his customer again. Technician- Richard was my Toyota Tech, when I visited his bay it was immediately clear that he is incredibly organized and clean. He also carries a level of confidence that instantly reassured me of any concerns I may have had. Richard is a true professional, I kept my questions brief to not take up his time, he answered every question I had. If possible I would like Richard to be my go to technician, but because of how the entire service visit went I would be accepting of any tech here to work on my vehicle with full faith. Richard 10/10 Price- This is everyone’s concern I’m sure. If you research the service procedure, tally the cost of parts and tools not owned by yourself, the difference in that price vs total cost is a no brainer. My time is valuable and my peace of mind is even more so. Mauricio quoted me over the phone and within 5 minutes I had agreed to the cost and a time to perform the service. Time- I waited while the service was completed and used the free WiFi to do some work, Mauricio and Richard both provided accurate timelines, and the accommodations were nice enough that I would’ve happily waited longer. The Service and Repair process is often a losing battle. Your vehicle broke down or is in need of preventative maintenance and you have to spend money and time to remedy it. Mike Erdman Toyota has a winning culture and Mauricio and Richard are a testament to that.

My salesperson Danielle T. Was great took me through the vehicle's features and worked out fair deal on the price. The one down side was the service contract on the final price that I won't use, since i live 40mile away. But overall it was positive experience.

Danielle Thomas sales consultant was amazing. I got the perfect car and she worked with me to get best deal possible. Everyone was wonderful and professional here. Highly recommend this dealership.

Both my husband and I were extremely pleased with the service received from Ellison (EJ) Molina and Danilo RIviera (Sales Manager). We were originally looking at a pre-owned Rav4 Hybrid. Neither of them was pushy or overbearing in any way; and as it turned out it financially beneficial for us to buy a new electric vehicle. Additionally, they both took extra time to show us many of the features and how to use them. They also offered their assistance if I had any more questions regarding the SUV and all its functions. I believe they went out of their way to help us and would recommend them to you all.

We walked into Mike Erdman to speak to Argenis Gonzalez based off a recent purchase made by my parents. He was incredibly helpful, patient, informative, and not at all pushy in his sales. I have had no experience with trade in for vehicles and he was able to help me get into a newer model with not much more for my monthly payment. i purchased a 2020 Highlander XLE and could not be happier with the experience! We will continue to use Mike Erdman Toyota for future purchases and will always recommend Argenis to our family and friends to work with for a low pressure but reliable vehicle purchasing experience!
