Mason Cox, my service advisor greeted me with a smile and a hand shake. Went over the recommended service options and explained each one meant. I asked for just the oil to be changed on this visit. He sent me an inspection sheet and I noticed my 12v battery was pretty weak. I went to his desk and asked for them to replace the battery as well. About an hour and fourty-five minutes later he came and said my vehicle was ready and apologized that it had taken so long and thanked me for my patience, and said that there was NO CHARGE for today’s service. Thanks Mason & Mike Erdman Toyota! :)

Excellent service as always

Macey was very helpful and friendly. Everything I wanted done was accomplished.

Mike Erdman Toyota in Cocoa is the best place to get a new or used car. They got me the best warranty and the service department is excellent. They keep your care in top running condition so you never have a problem. The Toyota Camry has a Lexus engine just not all the whistles and bells of the Lexus but it's engine is excellent. The cabin is quite when doors shut you hear nothing outside not even the engine. The ride is smooth you feel no bumps in the road. I've had the same service advisor for years, Macey makes sure I keep up on my maintenance to prevent any major problems. I'm coming up on ten years and no engine trouble, thanks to the service department doing all the routine care very diligently. They call you when it's time for a check up, you have a personal service advisor assigned to you. Just an amazing experience, highly recommend you go to Mike Erdman on 520 in Cocoa Florida, you will be glad you did.

Jimmy in the Service department is amazing! He gets me in and out of the dealership fast. And it’s honest about what the vehicle needs and does not need. I request him every time I go to the dealership.

I brought my car in for a recall on the air-bag. I was told it could take up to 3-3.5 hours. I was out of there in a little ove 1.5 hours. As promised....
